These terms cover use of mymomentmedia.ca and the client tools we provide. By using the site or our tools you agree to them.

Services

Video production, editing and publishing services are provided under a separate written agreement with each client, which governs pricing, deliverables and ownership of footage.

Client portal and tools

Access is for the named client and their team. Keep your login private. We may suspend access for misuse. Where our tools publish to third-party platforms such as YouTube on your behalf, you confirm you own or control the channel and have authority to grant that access. Use of those tools is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims made in videos you ask us to publish, including compliance with any professional advertising rules that apply to your industry.

Liability

The site and tools are provided as is. To the extent permitted by Alberta law, our liability for any claim relating to the site or tools is limited to the fees paid to us in the previous three months.
